Okay, This Guy Walks Into A Gym...

Start of Day 6

Hey Hey! Today is the start of day 6, and I’m down 9 lbs to 278.4 from 287.4. My BMI is at 38.8, down from 40.1. I actually weight the same as I did yesterday, there was no chance, but I went to the movies last night and had snacks there, and I didn’t get to the gym. 

Um… yeah. I’ll post again soon :D

Um… day 4

Hey this is day 4, and im weighing 281 lbs, that’s down 6.4, and my current BMI is 39.2, down from 40.1. Feeling pretty good about that. 

I’m feeling really great about being back on track with things. 

That is all. LOL.

Day 1

First full day back—- had a great start. I ate 1060 Calories.

Breakfast - Raspberry Cheesecake Special K Bar

Snack - 1/2 cup blueberries

Dinner - 16 oz Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast with BBQ Sauce, 1 cup of White Rice

             and a little bit of ketchup.

Snack - 1/2 cup of sliced carrots

Snack - 1 slice of Chicken and Bacon Artisan Pizza from Dominos.

I think I had 5 bottles of water, and nothing else to drink—— no juice, or soda ( diet or otherwise).

I spent 33 minutes on the Gazelle.

Starting weight was 287.4

Starting BMI 40.4

Well, here I come again.

Well, I’m gonna give things another shot, though I’m sure y’all gotta be sick of seeing me write that. Anyway, I am back up to about ( or just under) 290, and I’m over it. I bought a punching bag, a jump rope, and a Gazelle and have set up a make shift gym in the attic over the garage. I;ll start updating here tomorrow night. 53 days til Vegas—- pressure is on ;)

First day back, and feeling good.

Alright, so I got back in the swing of things today. I went to the gym, I did 1/2 hour on the elliptical. I actually got weighed at the gym too, and was up 4 lbs… to 287lbs. I should be able to take that off in no time whatsoever. 

As far as eating goes, I was under 1300 calories for the day, after I added the exercise in. 

I went ahead and set up an appointment with a trainer for tomorrow after work. I’m pretty excited about that. 

Also, I’m headed to Vegas on June 1st for my birthday, and CANNOT wait. I really miss living there, and I am so excited to see all of my old friends. And I’m gonna look damn good when I get there :D

Hey Hey Hey!

Alright guys, I’m back. I first wanna say thanks to y’all who messaged me to see how I was doing. Things are going okay, I have just had a super had time getting back into the swing of things. I’m lucky and haven’t gained any weight back, so I am getting back at it tomorrow. I am gonna head to the gym when I get up, and get back at eating healthy. I know I have said it before, but I really need to just do it.

Anyways, thanks for listening, and thanks for caring.

Alright, like I promised myself I was back on it today. I went to the gym, and did a 1/2 hour on the elliptical… just under 5 miles. 

I also got weighed at the gym… I was up 6 lbs from 3 weeks ago. I know its 6 pounds, but I was actually thinking it would be more than that. I was 289lbs.  I’m really glad that I didn’t go back in to the 290’s, and I’m sure I’ll have this 6 lbs off within the week.

I ate really well today too… didn’t have any junk. 

I guess that is all, and I am going to bed.

Long time, no see…

I just wanna let everyone know that I will be back at it in the morning. The last few weeks have been awful. We had to go to Canada for the family emergency, and then after getting back, I’ve been in a funk. I’ve had a really hard time getting back into the swing of eating right, and I’ve only been to the gym once.

I am absolutely dreading getting weight at the gym tomorrow, but I’m excited to get back at it, and really feel passionate about healthy living again. I really do miss going to the gym, and challenging myself. I can really feel a difference in my energy levels and my mood, in the last few weeks.

I went out this evening and bought groceries, and am swearing off diet soda and fast food again. 

I am going back home to Las Vegas for my birthday in June, and on a cruise at the beginning of next year, and those are just 2 more reasons to get healthy. 

Anyhow, I don’t have many followers, but I am very grateful that you are all still here.

Hey guys, I’m back. I started back up with my diet and exercise today. I did 5 miles at the gym on the elliptical. 

I was really worried that while I was in Canada, I would gain a bunch of weight back, but I only gained 1 pound. I was pretty jazzed about that.

Anyway, I’m glad to be back, and have missed reading everyone’s updates.
